Is my Account & Information Secure?

M.J. Bale stores and holds Information electronically and/or in hard copy. We will take reasonable steps to store and hold Information in a secure and restricted manner and to protect Information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Access to your Information is limited to those individuals who require such access in order to perform their duties and responsibilities. Any Information held by a third party storage provider is done so under a contractual obligation of confidentiality and non-disclosure.

While the Website has secure password and transaction protections in place, you should be vigilant and note that there are inherent risks associated with transmitting Information via the internet. This means we cannot guarantee that data transmission will be 100% secure or safe from attack from unauthorised intruders and no data protection or security measure is completely secure, particularly in relation to online transmissions. You must take care to ensure you protect your Information (for example, by protecting your usernames and passwords) and you must notify us as soon as possible after you become aware of any security breaches.

Orders & Payment

Was my order successful?

When your order has been placed successfully, you should receive an order confirmation email shortly after we receive it. If you still have not received it after 24 hours please check your account and the order should appear after 24-48 hours.

If you're still unsure and can't find any confirmation please contact us at service@mjbale.com so that we can look into this.

Can I amend my order?

We understand that sometimes mistakes do occur in the checkout process and so are happy to do what can to rectify these. Unfortunately given that we try to keep our shipping processes as streamlined as possible, we will not always be able to make adjustments to addresses or item mistakes that are made.

To avoid this we would recommend to always triple check the information provided in the Checkout before placing the order. We also strongly advise to avoid using pre-filled checkout details as often this can lead to incorrect information being entered.

My size is not available online

I lost my gift voucher. What do I do?

Don't worry! We may be able to track this down for you.

Please email service@mjbale.com with all/any transaction details that you can provide. If you're able to provide details about where and when you purchased it, as well as the Gift Voucher amount we might be able to find this for you.

I'm having issues placing an order

If you are having difficulties processing your order, unfortunately it is not always obvious what is causing the issue. We recommend following the below steps to fix this;

  1. Ensure that all shipping and billing details are formatted correctly. Typically your street number and name should sit in the Address 1 column, and the Address 2 column can be left blank. Often when your information is pre-filled this can cause issues as the website doesn't recognize that you've entered any information.
  2. Try to process this transaction using different browsers, devices and/or with different payment methods as there can sometimes be issues caused by these.
  3. If you are using a Gift Voucher to make the purchase and the Gift Voucher amount covers the entire transaction amount please still enter card details even though the amount owing would be $0.

If none of these suggestions work, feel free to reach out to us at service@mjbale.com and provide the following details so that we can look into why this is occurring;

  • details of the items you wanted to purchase
  • your billing/shipping details
  • your contact details
  • your preferred method of payment (note that you do not have to provide payment details just outline which method you intended on using)
  • any other transaction information such as if this was a click & collect, if you were using a Gift Voucher for purchase, or if you were redeeming an M.J. Bale reward for this purchase.

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

M.J. Bale happily accept refunds for full price items within 30 days and exchange for sale items.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are shipped from Australia and are expected to be delivered within 5 business days from the date of dispatch and pending customs clearances. For more information please click here.

How do I track my order?

For all shipments we use DHL. Within 48 hours of placing your order online, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with the relevant tracking number attached to it & link to the correct carrier page.

Note that you may not see any updates on the carrier website until 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email. If you're still having issue beyond that point feel free to contact us at service@mjbale.com

My tracking is not updated yet, why?

Once your order has been processed by our warehouse you will be sent an automated email with a tracking number so that you can follow its journey to your delivery address.

Please allow 24 hours for this tracking information to update in the carrier's website as it can take that amount of time before any updates regarding your parcel's whereabouts will show up.

If your tracking still hasn't updated after 24hrs, please reach out to service@mjbale.com and we can take a further look for you.Â
