All Shipping costs are in local currency and will be calculated at checkout.

We ship our international orders via DHL. 

Free shipping is available on orders above a threshold.

This amount varies depending on the shipping destination and will be displayed in a banner on the site.

For all other orders – Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please note all applicable customs, import duties and fees are included at checkout.

Estimated Delivery within 5 business days (from dispatch).

If you are requesting a delivery to a business address, please include the company's name. 

Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted.  MJ Bale will not be held responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier which subsequently go missing. 

MJ Bale uses third party courier DHL.  

Delivery times post-dispatch are subject to those third-party services. These are unfortunately, outside of our control. All delivery time frames are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery. 

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email to the email provided. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tax invoice followed by an email containing your tracking information.  

Once an order has been confirmed unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to this.  

Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy

A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped, including a tracking number and courier provider. Please note that you may not see any tracking updates until 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

M.J. Bale delivers to residential and business addresses (please include business name) and P.O. Boxes. 

Please ensure someone will be present to sign for your delivery within business hours as parcels will not be left unattended without a signature. If there is no-one present to sign for the delivery on arrival, a card will be left by the courier with instructions to follow for collection and/or re-delivery.
