We offer refunds on all full-priced products and credit notes for sale items. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached, no alterations or personalisation, within 30 days of receipt.

Right to Withdraw / Right of Cancellation

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. If your order is delivered in more than one shipment, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or your nominated third party, acquires physical possession of the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original cost of delivery, except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.
You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you use our returns portal, a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, as shown during the return process.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
How to Return an Online Order
We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Please follow the steps below to return your order:
1. Visit the Returns Portal
Go to our returns portal at Returns Portal. Enter your order details to start the return process.
2. Follow the Instructions
Once you've entered your order information, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return.
3. Choose How to Return
- Drop-off: Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop the package off at the designated location.
- Courier Collection: Alternatively, you can arrange for a collection through the courier directly via the portal. The courier will pick up your return at your preferred location.
Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Credit Notes
Credit notes for sale items, issued by our online returns team, are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.
Faulty items
Our quality control team inspects all of our garments prior to despatch to ensure our garments meet our quality standards. However, in the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us at service@mjbale.com to advise on next steps.
The M.J Bale team will assess the products to determine if it is deemed faulty. Please note that the process cannot always be completed on the spot as multiple assessments might be required to reach an outcome. We will ensure to follow up with you on the results as soon as possible.
