We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. Please follow the steps below to return your order:

1. Visit the Returns Portal
Go to our returns portal at Returns Portal. Enter your order details to start the return process.

2. Follow the Instructions
Once you've entered your order information, follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return.

3. Choose How to Return

• Drop-off: Pack your item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached. Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop the package off at the designated location.
  
• Courier Collection: Alternatively, you can arrange for a collection through the courier directly via the portal. The courier will pick up your return at your preferred location.

Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Credit notes for sale items, issued by our online returns team, are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.

Our quality control team inspects all of our garments prior to despatch to ensure our garments meet our quality standards. However, in the rare occasion that you receive a faulty or damaged item/s please contact us at service@mjbale.com to advise on next steps.

The M.J Bale team will assess the products to determine if it is deemed faulty. Please note that the process cannot always be completed on the spot as multiple assessments might be required to reach an outcome. We will ensure to follow up with you on the results as soon as possible.
